It is rainy rainy today and my 5 year old is trying his best to not get cabin fever. Lol
I decided we should try our hand at homemade flour tortillas to try and pass some time. Our first try ever and I must say, they turned out pretty well. I think we will definitely be making these again.
If you go here, you can punch in your own serving size and the recipe will adjust to that number. Very cool in my book.
Here is what they looked like after we cooked them. Not bad if I must say so myself. :-)
And here is what we made with them. Cheese quesadillas. YUM!
