Mini Album

For April's workshop, we made a cute mini album. I was searching around on the web for some ideas on how to decorate it and found Terry Diack's blog. Her mini album is so cute! I used some of her inspiring ideas on my album. Thanks Terry!

Mt. Vernon Tulip fields

This past weekend was nothing short of gorgeous weather!
I scheduled a photo shoot for my family up at the tulip fields and if you have never been, you should take a trip up there. It was just breathtakingly beautiful. Most of the tulips were opened or in the process of opening. There were still a few fields that were not ready, but the website, which you can find here at tulips has a bloom map which they update as the fields become full of color.
Here are a few of my favorites that I took with my own camera.

Dotty project

Here is my first project using those cute Dotty for you papers I just received.
It is a cute backpack album that our unit leader shared with us for our project at our meeting this week.
The blank pages are to hold photos, which I have not yet put it.

Dotty for you!

This month, Close To My Heat has a wonderful campaign going on that I just had to get. It is called Dotty for you.
It is a paper pack (24 sheets) that you can purchase for just $5 with a $35.00 or more order. What a deal!


April is National Scrapbooking Month and this is such a fun spring colored pack, there are just endless uses for it.
I just received mine a few days ago and will post some projects I've made with it soon.
